Hello! My name is Betsy Quillen.  I’m an avid fiber enthusiast and love knitting, crocheting, and designing.  I’m a follower of Jesus and am learning every day more and more about exactly what that means.  I have my degree in Theatre Arts and love to act, direct, and teach the love of drama to others.  I’ve been married to my best friend Andrew (he really is my best friend!) for 5 years and we have two sons with Baby #3 on the way!  In  what little free time I have you can find me reading and watching popular TV shows – although we tend to watch them way after everyone else in the country (Thank you, Netflix)!  I am severely hard-of-hearing and although I can lipread and speak well, we maintain a bilingual household with American Sign Language and I enjoy helping other people learn to sign and better understand Deaf Culture.  I also daily use Essential Oils to help support a happy and healthy home and am committed to helping others learn how to use these wonderful, natural tools safely in their own homes.  I do love to write and although I keep a personal journal (and have since I was 7 years old!), I am excited to maintain this website to keep these bits and pieces of all my favorite things in one place!
